1. Service Scope

7Spacia provides interior design consulting and execution services. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate signed agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made according to the schedule agreed upon in the project contract. Delayed payments may result in project suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, 7Spacia and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on 7Spacia. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. User Comments

7Spacia reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi/Gurgaon.
